TERESHA LEONA HENDERSON, 58, of Powderly, died of a broken heart at 10:05 AM, Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Paris Regional Medical Center-North.  A graveside service is set for 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 4, 2012 at McDonald Cemetery with Rev. Bill Felts officiating.  No formal visitation time will be observed.  Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.

Teresha was born February 18, 1953 in Killeen, Texas.  She married Elbert Henderson, Sr. on May 12, 1989 in Paris.  He died December 17, 2003.  She was a home healthcare provider and member of Belmont Baptist Church.

Survivors are eight children, Tony Rogers and wife, Jennifer of Paris, Robert Rogers and wife, Latisha of Powderly, Jeff Rogers of Paris, Kevin Rogers and wife, Elizabeth of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Teddy Henderson and wife, Sherry of Brookston, John Henderson and wife, Melandie of Mount Vernon, Indiana, Elbert Henderson, Jr., and Amanda Henderson, both of Paris; twelve grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Monroe and Helen Warren Taylor; a grandson; and three brothers.
