Margie Beth Walker, 88, of Paris died Sunday January 22, 2012 at Paris Regional Medical Center. Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home will conduct graveside services 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 26, at Tigertown cemetery with Rev. Wayne Blackshear officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday at the funeral home from 6 until 7 p.m.

She was born in the Georgia Community in Lamar County August 16, 1923 a daughter of Robert Oscar and Minnie Virginia Long Hindman.  She was married to George W. Walker. She was a homemaker and a member of Cottonwood Church of God.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, George W. Walker; a grandson, Benny Frank Toland; 4 Brothers and 7 Sisters.

She is survived by children Bobbie Ellan Walker, G.W. (Buddy) Walker and wife Betty, James Walker and wife Alice; 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren; 10 Great-Great Grandchildren.
